LINDA LOU (LULU) FOOSE,83, of Martins Ferry, OH , passed away Monday, September 30th, 2024. 
Linda was born in Martins Ferry on October 21, 1940,  she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Silvia Grace (Morgan) Edmunds.
She was a retired  dental hygienist. She was also a former grade school teacher at the former Steeple Valley School.
She was a member of 1st Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry. She was very active in local animal rescue organization.
In addition to her parents and her husband Russell William Foose, she was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Thomas.
She is survived by two nieces, Gayle Avers, Pickerington, OH and Stacey (Barry) Thomas-Hall, Adena, OH; cousin, Karen (William) Knowlton, Proctor, WV; nephew, Casey Thomas. 
Memorial contributions may be made to an Animal Rescue League of your choice. 
Friends will be received at the funeral home for a memorial service to be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 1 pm with Rev. Barry Hall officiating.
Interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
