Fred Bado, 81, of Hoboken New Jersey, passed away on Monday, September 30th, 2024.

Fred was the son of Fred and Mildred Bado (Raffo).

He is survived by his spouse, Beatrix Inhulsen, his son Christopher (Jacqueline) Bado and grandson, Maxwell Bado.

He is predeceased by his parents and brothers, Robert and John.

Fred was retired from the City of Hoboken where he was the Community Development Director.

He was an avid reader, film buff and NY Giants fan. He loved going to Arts & Crafts fairs and often brought home unique items from his favorite artists. In his younger years, he enjoyed sailing in the summers and ice boating in the winters.

Fred loved his immediate and extended family as well as the Hoboken community. He was a humble soul, slow moving and slow talking and known for his wisdom and compassion.

Visitation, in memory of Fred, will be held on Thursday October 3rd, from 4 -8 PM at the Lawton-Turso Funeral Home. Cremation services will be held privately.
