Christine Anthony, 82, of Jemison, Alabama passed away September 30, 2024, at her daughter's residence.
She was born May 27, 1942, in Clanton, Alabama, daughter of the late Ervie Mims and the late Mary Mims.
She was a Homemaker and loved to cook.
Surviving are her Daughter, Karen (Pete) Taschler, Son, Chris Anthony, Grandson, Joshua Taschler, A host of nieces and nephews, Her Special fur baby, Gizmo.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Ervie Mims, Mother, Mary Mims, Husband, Larry J. Anthony, Sister, Clara Headley, Sister, Mary Frances Caton, Brother, Ross Mims, Brother, Ralph Mims, Brother, Homer Mims, Fur Baby, Honey Bear, Fur Baby, Patches.
Pallbearers, Chris Anthony, Josh Taschler, Pete Taschler, Terry Headley, Will Hamby and David Jones.
Friends will be received Friday, October 4, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held Friday, October 4, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, AL
