Rebecca Lorena Moss

Rebecca Lorena Moss, aged 63, passed away on September 29, 2024, in Blanchester, Ohio. Born on April 6, 1961, in Houston, Texas, Rebecca was beloved by all who knew her. Her memory will forever serve as a shining example of love, kindness, and grace.

Rebecca's zest for life extended beyond her personal pursuits. She had a deep-rooted love for genealogy, spending countless hours tracing her family's roots. Through her dedication, she not only discovered her own lineage but also helped others connect with their own family histories.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Emma Blackard Daw, and her daughter, Rebecca Ileaha Moss.

Rebecca is survived by her eldest child, John Weston Moss, of Pleasant Plain, Ohio, along with her devoted daughter-in-law, Anna Michelle Moss. Their unwavering love and support provided a source of strength and comfort to Rebecca until her final days. She also leaves behind her cherished grandson, Avery Weston Moss, and beloved granddaughter, Ava Rose Moss, who brought immense joy into her life.

In addition to her immediate family, Rebecca is mourned by her father, Leon Bruton, of Cherokee, Alabama. She also leaves behind her beloved aunt, Sheila Wynn, of Knoxville, Tennessee, whose unwavering friendship and support brought comfort and solace to Rebecca in times of need. She is also survived by a brother Terry (Janet) Bruton, her Aunt Sharon McBride, and nieces. Also lots of other friends and family.
