Nancy Vargas (Flores), age 58, passed away surrounded by the love of her family on September 29, 2024. She was born on November 20, 1965, in Elmhurst, Illinois to Margarita Flores.

Nancy was dedicated to her family and friends. She had a special connection with animals and nature as a whole. Her love for Halloween was passed on to her family.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Robert Vargas; children, Amanda (Patrick) and Anthony; grandchildren, Autumn and Clayton; mother Margarita; brother, Daniel; sister Sandy; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a countryside of friends.

A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at Lack and Sons Funeral Home, 9236 S. Roberts Road, Hickory Hills, Illinois 60457 on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 3:00 PM- 9:00 PM at Lack and Sons Funeral Home. Private family interment will be held at a later date.
