Surrounded by the love of his family, the death occurred at the Souris Hospital on September 30, 2024, of James Robbins of Morell, in his 90th year.

Beloved husband of Lola (nee Baker). Loving father of Kent (Julie), Alan (Doreen), Velda (Stacy) Morse, Byron (Belinda), Anita (dec) (Alain) Verreault and Larry (Jackie).

Cherished grandfather of Cameron, Matthew, Jocelyn, Jacqueline, Natalie, Julie, Nicole, Darryl, Mallory, Jaysen, Ethan, Teddy, and Logan. Great grandfather of 11 great grandchildren; and his feline companions Sky and Ty.

James was predeceased by his parents, Percy and Hilda Robbins, siblings Lilia, Grace, Anna, and Beryl; survived by his brother Harry (Esther).

Resting at Peter Gordon Memorial United Church with visitation on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. with the funeral service Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. The service will be livestreamed, and may be viewed by following this link: LiveStream - James Robbins . Interment to follow at the Midgell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Peter Gordon Memorial United Church or Midgell Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
