Pamela Geocaris (née Hammond), born October 27, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois, passed
away peacefully in her home on September 29, 2024. She was surrounded by her family
as they cooked Sunday dinner on the patio. Pamela was an elementary art teacher for
over 15 years at Sacred Heart in Winnetka. She deeply valued music and art in her life
and filled her home with both.
She is survived by her loving husband Steven, and their triplets Alexander (Ashlee
Brennan), Harry, and Marissa (Kalliope Bessler) and loving Grammy to Charlotte
Tuttle. She was a beloved daughter to Lorraine Hammond, sister to Gail Cozzi (Robert),
Kathy (the late Harry C Hammond), as well as an aunt and cousin to many. She was
preceded in death by her father Harry Hammond. She will be missed dearly and carried
in her loved ones’ hearts forever.
