Carol Ann Rafferty was born on Jan 30, 1938 and passed away Sept 28, 2024 at the age of 86. She lived a great life and always had an optimistic outlook. She had 4 children: Debbie Tommy Gary & Scottie, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandkids. She traveled the world on cruises with her “Fella”. Carol is survived by her husband Tom, sister Joyce & brother Bobby. She was loved by her family and friends.
