Jackie L. Sullivan, age 84 of Salem, Indiana passed away Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024.
Born June 6, 1940 in Pekin, Indiana, he was the son of the late Homer H. Sullivan and Flora (Voyles ) Sullivan.
He married Martha L. (Hoke) Sullivan on September 4, 1965.
Survivors include: Daughters: Kristi (Stephen) Thompson and Gina (Sam)Hoskins, both of Salem.
4 Grandchildren: Kendra (Nathan) Risen, Amanda (Emmanuel) Turner, Megan (William) Carver, Andrew (Laci Barksdale) Hoskins.
Great grandchildren: Noah, Jonah, Gloria, Samson, Waylon, Joanna, Carter, Odette, Kylo, Wrenley and Jocelyn.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Martha; 3 brothers: Don, Tony and Bobby Sullivan; 5 sisters: Mayetta Kersey, Wilma Sullivan, Jean Holsapple, Bonnie Roberts and Mary Emerson.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am Wednesday at Dawalt Funeral Home, followed by interment in Mt. Washington Cemetery.
Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Tuesday and 9 am until the time of the service on Wednesday.
