Wendel Jerry Sticher Obituary
Wendel Jerry Sticher, 65, of Roopville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024. He was born on October 25, 1958, in Carrollton, Georgia, the son of the late Rhuel J. Sticher and Reba Harris Sticher.
Wendel graduated from Central High School in 1976. He was a talented woodworker and trusted carpenter.
He leaves behind his wife, Jeannie Suzanne Sticher; brothers and sister-in-law, Mandel Sticher, Rudel and Mary Ann Sticher, and Raydel Sticher; step-children, Chad and Chelsie Folds, and Doug Johnson; to cherish his memory, as well as six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Wendel was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Steiding, and sister-in-law, Eva Sticher.
In keeping with his wishes, Wendel’s body has been cremated, and a celebration of life will be announced by his family in the coming days.
