Born on June 16, 1960, Jeffrey S. Kauffman, age 64 passed away peacefully on September 29, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was the proud owner of a successful roofing renovation and home sales business, where he combined his entrepreneurial spirit with his passion for helping others.

Jeff was also an avid fisherman and scuba diver, with a love for the ocean that was evident in everything he did. One of his most remarkable achievements was catching a massive 12 pound lobster, estimated to be 72 years old, using only his bare hands. His bravery shone through when he heroically saved another diver who was struggling in challenging conditions.

Jeff graduated from York Vo-Tech in 1979. He shared 25 beautiful years with his beloved wife, Lynne Baker Kauffman, who stood by his side through thick and thin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Stewart Kauffman, and his brother Matt Kauffman. He is survived by his brother Dan Kauffman.

Jeff was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. His legacy of love, adventure, and resilience will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
