Roberta Cullars Obituary

Roberta Jennings Cullars was born March 23, 1938, in Plum Branch, South Carolina, the beloved daughter of the late Robert (Jack) Jennings and Marie Hill Jennings.  She made earthly transition to her eternal home on Sunday, September 29, 2024.

Roberta, aka "Scoot" as she was affectionately called by family and friends, graduated from Mims High School in  the Class of 1956. After graduating, Roberta later relocated to New York for better job opportunities. While working in New York she would send money back home to help her mother. Roberta found a career in the Food Services Industry as a meat packer/butcher. After more than 30 years of dedicated service, she retired and moved back home to Plum Branch, South Carolina.

Roberta was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend who will be dearly missed by all those who loved and knew her.

Left to celebrate her life are her loving daughter, Carla Cullars Nolan; loving son, Daryl (Cita) Cullars; granddaughters, Devonna ( Maurice) Nolan Kie, Dajah (Kendall) Nolan Durham, Brianna Cullars, Emma Cullars and Dari Cullars; her loving  and caring brother, Alexander (Nett) Anderson; caring cousins, Leroy Jennings, James (Linda) Jennings, Georgia Jennings, Marshall Hill, and Chris (Christine) Hill; and a host of other loving relatives and dear friends, all of whom will  carry her memory in their hearts.
