Melo, Jose Carlos – passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday September 25, 2024, at the age of 77. Predeceased by his loving wife Anesia. Beloved father of Giselle Almeida (Zeke Morgan), Tania McInnis (Andrew), Jennifer Melo and Nelson Melo (Karly). Cherished grandfather of Dominic Almeida, Alexandria Pereira, Joshua Pereira, Caleb Pereira and Ethan Morgan, Zoey and baby Archer. Dear brother of Jorge Melo (Dilia), Joao Melo (Dalia) and Antero Melo (Irene). Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street N., Cambridge where the family will receive friends on Monday September 30, 2024, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Rosary will be recited in the funeral home chapel on Monday evening at 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 185 Elgin St. S. Cambridge on Tuesday October 1, 2024, at 10 am. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
