Andrew J. Collins, 78, of Okahumpka, Florida, passed away February 15, 2018 at Frank & Helen DeScipio Hospice House in Tavares, Florida. He was born June 20, 1939 in Perry County, Kentucky, moving to Groveland 55 years ago. Andrew is preceded in death by his parents, Clark & Nery Collins. Surviving are his loving wife of twenty-three years, Phyllis L. Collins; two daughters, Virginia (Frederick) Gomes and Frances (John) McRoy; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and other extended family and friends.
