February 13, 1944 – September 23, 2024
With sadness, we announce the passing of Diego Serrao on Monday, September 23, 2024 at the age of 80. Diego leaves behind his beloved spouse Concetta, his dear children Giovanna (Donald Dilallo) and Lorenzo (Laura), and his grandchildren Lily and Olivia. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends and relatives are welcomed for viewing at the Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin Street, south of Lawrence Avenue W.) on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 2 – 4 & 6 - 9 pm.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. John Bosco Church (402 Westmount Ave., at Rogers Rd.) on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Diego will be laid to rest at Prospect Cemetery (1450 St. Clair Ave. W., east of Caledonia Rd.).
In memory of Diego, donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation or St. Joseph’s Health Centre.
