Karen L. Solarczyk, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on 21 September 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trenton, NJ on 14 March 1954 Karen lived a life filled with love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Joseph Solarczyk, who stood by her side for many wonderful years. Karen leaves behind a legacy of love in her children: Chris Alexander, his three children William, Robert, and Roxana; Tracy Wiederkehr, her husband Thomas, and their two sons Sean and Gary; Eric Alexander, his wife Kimberly, and their six children Tyler, Bryanna, Zackary, Trystanne, Ameleia and Robyn; Roman Solarczyk, his wife Desiree, and their four children Hayden, Zachary, Bristol, and Brooke; and her Son Robert Castro; siblings Wilma Thomas, Margery Horner, Betty Ann Estelow, William Fink (Nancy) and Upton Fink.

Karen’s family was the center of her world, and she took immense pride in being a cherished grandmother to her grandchildren and a doting great-grandmother to her nine great-grandchildren. Her love and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Karen’s life was marked by her kindness, generosity, and dedication to her family. She was a pillar of strength and a source of unconditional love and support. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
