With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of David Michael Boehm, who left this world on September 16, 2024, at the age of 61. Born on May 22, 1963, in Milford, OH, David was a beloved father, son, grandfather, brother, and companion leaving behind cherished memories and a lasting impact on those who knew him.

David's love for the outdoors was evident in his passion for fishing, hiking, camping, and frisbee golf. He found solace in spending time at East Fork Lake, surrounded by nature's beauty. A fervent NASCAR fan, David enjoyed the thrill of the race, making unforgettable memories with family and friends.

As a dedicated landscaper, David found joy in his work, taking pride in creating and nurturing beautiful outdoor spaces. His hard work and dedication in his occupation reflected his commitment to providing for his family.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Sarah (Josh Owen) Boehm, Laura (Rob Herbolt), and Hannah (Parker Orr), his grandchildren Riley Herbolt and Carter Owen, his mother Mary Ruth Boehm, as well as his sisters Donna Krewina, Sue, and Jenny Boehm, and companion Julie Hucker, and the mother of his children Beth Thomas. David's legacy lives on in the hearts of those he touched with his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love.

A memorial mass will take place at St. Andrew Catholic Church on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday October 6th at East Fork State Park under the Turkey Ridge shelter beginning at 3:00PM.

David will be remembered for his warm smile, his love for his family, his passion for the outdoors, and his affection for his cats. May he rest in peace, forever in our hearts, and fondly remembered as a cherished son, father, grandfather, and friend.

David was preceded in death by: father Donald Boehm, brothers John Boehm and Doug Boehm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Evans Funeral Home, Milford in David’s memory to help with the funeral expenses.
