Catherine “Weezy” Fernicola 63 of Pt Pleasant Beach died unexpectedly Monday September 16, 2024 at Ocean University Medical Center, Brick. Born in Perth Amboy she resided for 34 years in Jackson before moving to Pt Pleasant Beach recently. She co-owned Alternative Car Care in Neptune for over 25 years. Her absolute love was volunteering for Rescue Ridge, going to the beach, baking wedding cakes and gourmet cookies to give to the other auto shops. She enjoyed arts & crafts, making candles, being the family photographer and adding to her shoe collection. She is predeceased by her beloved Pitbull Mia. Surviving are her daughters, Christina A Musto & husband Michael and Lisa M Egan & husband Thomas, her mother Dolores Brancadori, 2 brothers, Jamie Bryant & Jim Bryant and 4 grandchildren, Michael, Tommy, Ethan & Liam and her rescues, a Doberman Loki and a mix, Lily. Memorial Gathering is 4-6 PM Saturday September 28,2024 with a 5 pm Life Celebration at Oliverie Funeral Home 125 S Cooks Bridge Rd Jackson.
