Leslie Boone Hardy, Jr, 79, of Oklahoma City, died on September 16th, 2024.

He was born in New Rochelle, NY on January 20th, 1945, to parents Leslie Boone Hardy, Sr and Betty Merritt Hardy. He graduated from The University of Florida before going on to Dental School at Virginia Commonwealth University where he was top of his class. He served as a dental officer in the United States Army before going on to be a practicing Endodontist in Oklahoma City for 40+ years. He was active in the OK Dental Society serving multiple terms as President. He was an avid Skier and Fly Fisherman, and his kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents Leslie, Sr and Betty, his daughter Leigh Guinn, and his sister Linda Baker.

He is survived by William Hardy and his wife Reagan, son of Harriett Hardy; Kennedy Hardy, daughter of Rachel Hardy; his brother Bill Hardy and his wife Joann; and his Grand-daughters, Stella, Emery and Kingston.

Services will be held Friday, September 27th at 11:00am at St Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral in Oklahoma City.
