Vic Pena, 60, of Lubbock passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024 surrounded by family. He was born on August 2, 1964 in Converse, Texas to the late Victor and Lucia (Garza) Pena. Vic met Eva Santos, and started dating in junior high school, they have spent the last 43 years together, building their future and family. He always made sure his family was protected and taken care of. Vic was a man of many hats, he was always building or inventing something new. He enjoyed coloring and crafting and making gifts. Vic was hardheaded, stubborn, funny, and a joy to be around. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Vic was an outdoors man, he enjoyed spending time outside, tending to his garden, and especially to go fishing. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Eva; children, daughters, Stephanie Garza (Paul), Andrea Pena (Jay), Stacy Duran (Luis), Jennifer Pena (Nick Diaz); five brothers; three sisters; nine grandchildren.

Vic was proceeded in death by his parents, Victor and Lucia Pena; three sisters; one brother; grandson, Anthony Roderick.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024 from 4:00p.m. ~ 8:00p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at House of Angels Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation services are under the direction of House of Angels Funeral Home.
