Frances Elizabeth Jones, 77, of Washington Court House joined her Lord and Savior in Heaven on September 12, 2024, at her home.

Frances was born May 20, 1947, in Greene County, Ohio to the late Ed and Goldie (Baker) Entsminger. Frances enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed an occasional girl’s day out shopping. In her free time, she liked working crosswords and word search puzzles.

Along with his parents she was preceded in death by a son, Bill Jones, and a grandchild, Amanda Jones.

Surviving are her husband, Harry Jones; daughter, Bobbi (Bobby) Day, grandchildren, Elizabeth, Nichole, Brittany, Smantha, and Amber Caulley, Justin Dummitt, and Harriet, Billy, Lacey, Dillon, and Harley Jones; great granddaughter, Addilyn Smith; as well as several sisters, brothers, extended family and her many friends.

A graveside service is being planned for 10am on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at the Washington Cemetery with Pastor Danny Dodds officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House. In lieu of flowers, donations will be graciously accepted to help cover the costs of Frances’ final expenses.
