Freddie Nabb, born May 9, 1955, in Townsend, Delaware, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, Sept. 16, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. He was 69 years old.
Freddie spent his career as a skilled equipment operator, working for various construction companies over the years. Most recently, he retired from Mumford Miller, where he was well respected for his hard work and dedication.
Freddie was a devoted family man, married to the late Patricia Nabb for 36 years until her passing in 2012. Together, they raised two sons, Freddie Nabb II and David Nabb. His family was his pride and joy, and he loved spending time attending his grandchildren’s events and games. He was a beloved grandfather to four grandchildren: Brett, Brooke, Zoey, and Gracie.
Freddie will be remembered for his quiet strength, hardworking nature, and the deep love he had for his family. He leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
He is survived by his sons Freddie Nabb II and David Nabb, their wives Monique and Ashley, and his four grandchildren.
He will be laid to rest at Townsend cemetery, with a private family ceremony.
