Charles "Chuck" Anthony Nailie III, age 78 of Villas NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday September 12, 2024 at his home. He was born in Brooklyn NY and had previously resided in Dennis Township, NJ. Charles had worked as a General Contractor. Chuck also enjoyed being an artist. He enjoyed fishing and taught line dancing as well as working as a DJ.

He is survived by his beloved wife Karen Lynn Nailie; a step-son, James F. (Jessica) Redmond; two step-grandchildren, James and Kane; siblings John Nailie, Geri Nailie Hickman (David), Chris Irwin (Jeff) and Maggie Nailie-Herrera (Carl). He also leaves many nieces and nephews. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Margaret Nailie and a brother Robert Nailie.

A Memorial Service will be held 10;00 AM on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, North Cape May, NJ where relatives and friends will be received from 9-10 AM. A Committal service will follow at the Cape May Co. Veterans Cemetery in Cape May Court House, NJ. Following the committal service Military Honors will be held.
