Nancy Corsi, 67, of Cranston, passed away unexpectedly, August 17, 2024, at home. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Ann (Lugin) Corsi.
Before her retirement, Nancy was a cashier for Seabra Foods Market for several years.
Nancy enjoyed her solitude, whether reading books, or taking long walks and she had a great love of animals, especially dogs.
Nancy is survived by her sister and her brother-in-law Carol A., her husband Michael Shapanka of Sudbury, MA, her brother Richard F. Corsi and her sister-in-law, Pamela of Norfolk, MA, and their children and partners: Allison and Gabriel Ash, Tess Shapanka and her fiancé, Aaron Lemon, Claire Shapanka Willenborg and her husband, Blaine Willenborg, Christopher Corsi and his fiancé, Michelle Caruso and Samantha Corsi and her husband, Dennis Mayer. She is also survived by the following grand nieces and nephews: Matilda Ash, Cameron and Callie Corsi and Maxwell Mayer.
Nancy’s services were private with burial at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
