Marc John Carron

October 7, 1963 – September 12, 2024

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Marc John Carron of Hamilton on Thursday September 12, 2024, in his 61st year from a short battle with cancer. He was a loving partner of 15 years to Kim. His proudest accomplishments were his two children, Pat (Isabelle, adored by his grandchildren DeeJay and Daphine) and Christina (Robb). He was a cherished brother to Densie (Harry), Kim (Rick, an Uncle to Ryan, wife Kyrstin and son Mason), and Rob (Kim, and an Uncle to Paige and Stephanie). Marc is now reunited and in the loving arms of his parents Wallace and Patricia.

Marc was a fun, loving, and hard-working man who in his early years enjoyed the open road as a truck driver and spent many years in management working in the plastic industry. Marc was a true sportsmanship; his main passion was for the local Hamilton Tiger Cats ensuring he never missed a game even if that included taking a vacation day to be cheering them on. He was a dedicated fan and ensured to never lose faith in the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Friends and Family will be received at P.X Dermody Funeral Home, 1919 King Street, on Tuesday September 17 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Family welcomes guests to wear your best Ti Cats attire to the visitation. Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers and as a thank you for the staff for the tremendous support provided to Marcs final days donations in Marc’s memory can be made to the Hamilton General Hospital.

It was your time to rest now “old man”
