Joseph Conrad Jones

Joseph Conrad Jones of Durham, NH passed away peacefully September 12, 2024, at Riverside Rest Home in Dover.

He was born on March 10,1943 in Dover, NH, the son of Mary M. (Desjardin) Jones and Albert L. Jones, Jr.

For the past 23 years, Joseph resided and was cared for by Sue Coombs and her family in their home in Durham, NH. He truly became part of their family as they all loved and cared for him.

Joseph is survived by his cousins, Pamela (Desjardin) Noel and Paula (Desjardin) Stout, as well as the Coombs family.

He was predeceased by his mother Mary M. Jones, father Albert L. Jones, Jr, and brother David P. Jones.

The family would like to thank the staff at Riverside Rest Home and Wentworth Hospice for the care given to Joseph over the past six months.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Pine Hill Cemetery with Father Aggie officiating. Internment will immediately follow.
