It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Nicholas McEachern on September 11, 2024, at the age of 93.


Born on April 29, 1931, in Highlands, NFLD, third child in a family of seven. Nicholas was a 30 year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion.


He is survived by his wife Mary; children, Elizabeth (Keith), Paul (Kathy), Raymond (Mona), and Kevin; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.


No visitation by his request. A celebration of life will be held 11:00 am Thursday, October 3rd in St Louis Catholic Church, Annapolis Royal, with Father Michael Walsh officiating. Following the service a reception will be held in the Port Royal Legion, Branch 21, Annapolis Royal. A private burial will be held in St. Louis Catholic Cemetery, Annapolis Royal. In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory may be made to St Louis Catholic Church, Annapolis Royal. Nicholas's legacy of kindness, generosity, and dedication will be fondly missed and remembered by all who knew him.
