Henry Robert Schaupp was born April 12, 1934 and passed away September 9,2024 at the age of 90. Hank as he was lovingly referred lived a full and adventurous life. Born and raised in Linden, New Jersey he met the love of his life Elaine Puccio in 1952 at a friends wedding….the rest is history. They married 3 years later in 1955 and raised 4 children.

He started his career at Esso Research in Linden, New Jersey, attended Rutgers University and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Hank proudly served his country for 8 years in the Army Reserve and was a very proud patriot and loved his country.

In 1970 Hank moved his family to Houston, Tx to start his own reprographics company serving major oil and gas companies as well as engineering contractors in the Houston area.

In 1979 Hank and Elaine purchased a 51ft sailboat and lived aboard at Lakewood Yacht Club in Seabrook, Tx. Setting sail on many regattas, they had the time of their lives.

Later after retiring from NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) Hank and Elaine took on an RV endeavor and traveled across the US with a band of fellow Monaco owners while exploring the lower 48’s. Hank loved to hunt and fish his entire life.

Hank is survived by his loving wife of nearly 70 years Elaine. 4 children – Donna/Troy, Karen/Michael, Michael/Susan and Janet/Kenneth. Hank also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren with another one on the way. His beautiful life will be forever cherished in the lives of his children.

Visitor viewing will be held Monday, September 16, 2024 at Rosewood Funeral Home (17404 West Lake Houston Parkway, Humble, Tx 77346) between 5-8 pm. The Rosary starts at 6:30pm.

Funeral Mass service will be held on Tuesday September 17, 2024 at St. Martha Catholic Holy Family Chapel (4301 Woodridge Pkwy, Porter, TX 77365) at 10:30am.
