Toney Lambert
WOODRUFF- Toney Keith Lambert, 76, of 205 Chamblin Street passed away Monday, September 9, 2024, at his home.
He was born July 24, 1948, in Spartanburg County to the late Fred and Carrie Littlefield Lambert. He was a former employee with Ray Walker Trucking and was a U.S. Marine having served during the Vietnam Era.
Surviving is his wife, Joann Jennings Lambert of the home; three sons, Jimmy Reese (Shannon) of Woodruff, Jason Reese (Sabrina Reid) of Greenville and Greg Crocker (Kemberly) of Spartanburg; one daughter, Tracey Henderson of Florida; 6 grandchildren including a special granddaughter, Madison Baez (Brandon), Allison Schell (Josh), Ray Crocker, Kristyn Jones (Cameron), Glenn Rushton, Austin Henderson (Danielle), Silas Henderson, Ethan Henderson and Emma Henderson; four great-grandchildren, Blaze Henderson, Sam Henderson, Kaylor Jones and CJ Jones. He is also survived by a special cousin, Polly Holcomb of Woodruff. He was predeceased by a son, Justin Philbeck and a brother, Roger “Rock” Lambert and a granddaughter, Morgan Crocker.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, September 13, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Wesley Campbell.
Visitation will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary, 257 North Main Street, Woodruff, S.C. 29388.
