William Reha Obituary

William Reha, 93, passed away peacefully, Monday, September 9, 2024, at St Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ with family at his side. He was born in Avoca, PA to Agatha (Ochab) and Michael Reha on February 4, 1931. Bill was raised in the Bronx, NY before moving to Spring Valley, NY. He also lived in Tuckerton, NJ and West Palm Beach, FL. He served in the Marines as a Corporal during the Korean War from 1951-1953 and worked as a Supervisor for General Motors for 33 years before retiring in 1987. He enjoyed fishing, boating and traveling on cruises. He was a generous and charitable man and a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and he always put his wife and his family first and foremost. He is predeceased by his wife Jeannette Elizabeth Reha in 2023. Surviving are his children, William “Chris” Reha (Melanie), Susan E Schultz (Robert), and Alan R Reha (Nancy); grandchildren, David Reha, Christine Reha, John Filippi (Paula), Jean Pincus (Craig), Nicholas Reha and Thomas Reha and great grandchildren; Chase, Ryder & Harper Pincus. Visitation is Monday, September 16, 2024, 10am -12 pm, with a 12pm service at Oliverie Funeral Home, 125 S. Cooks Bridge Road, Jackson, NJ with internment to follow at Brigadier General William C Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
