Yanceyville, NC – It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Ms. Brenda Wade Hairston of 1525 Main Street Apt 107, Yanceyville, North Carolina.  She passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024, at Yanceyville Rehabilitation and Health Care, Yanceyville, North Carolina.

Ms. Brenda Wade Hairston was born on March 7, 1947 to the late Wilson Reginald Wade and Georgia Jeffers Wade in Caswell County, North Carolina.   She was a graduate of Caswell County Training School, Yanceyville, North Carolina and a retired Certified Nursing Assistant.

Ms. Brenda Wade Hairston was a member of Grace Empowerment Church in Reidsville, North Carolina where she served as a Mother of the Church. 

In addition to her parents Ms. Brenda Wade Hairston was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Hairston; her daughter, Kimberly Usher; two brothers, Kenneth Earl Wade and George Wade; two grandsons, Kenneth Somers and Dieontra Clark.

Ms. Brenda Wade Hairston leaves to cherish her loving memories with her two daughters; Pamela Wade Thaxton (Charles) of Yanceyville, NC and Beverly Clark of Eden, NC; one brother; James O. Wade (Jeanette) of Blanch, NC; a son-in law; Reginald Usher of Boston, Massachusetts; seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorial Service for Ms. Brenda Wade Hairston will be Saturday, September 21, 2024  1:00 pm at Grace Empowerment Ministries 410 Roanoke St. Reidsville, NC.
