Nancy Anne Hegarty Age 66, passed away on September 1,2024 in Paoli, PA. Born on June 28,1958 in West Chester, PA. Nancy is survived by her three children Crystal A. Hegarty, John Joseph Hegarty, Dillon M. Hegarty. Nancy was the daughter of John P. and Nancy A. (nee Kearney) Oakes. Nancy was the dear sister of Kathleen England (Shelly), Kevin, Colleen Pearson (Tom), Patrick, Timothy (Sally), Terrance (the late Cathy), and Joseph M. Nancy is also survived by her beautiful granddaughter Kylie. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father John P., her beloved husband John H., and her two brothers John P. Jr. and Michael J.

Nancy graduated from Bishop Shanahan High school class of 1976. Nancy was a devoted mother, who truly loved her children more than anything. To know Nancy was to know someone who was loving, funny, and exceptionally kind. Her warm smile was infectious and, she made everyone she met feel valued and cherished. Nancy found joy and peace at her job at Boscov’s, where she thrived conveying her beautiful personality. Everyone touched by Nancy throughout her life will cherish her memory. Most of all, Nancy cherished spending time with her family. The moments of togetherness, filled with laughter and love is what she held most dear. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10-10:45 A.M. Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Ss. Philip &  James Church, 723 E. Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA  19341 followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M.  Interment All Soul Cemetery, Downingtown, PA
