It is with an abundance of sorrow that the Majestic Funeral Home Family announces the sudden departure of Mr. Clyde B. McKoy. Mr. McKoy transitioned from this life to life eternal, on Wednesday, September 4, 2024  while resting at his residence. 

Time has been set aside by the family for those who wish to come and express their condolences, while paying homage to Clyde, beginning on Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm in the main chapel of Majestic Funeral Homes’ Elizabethtown location. A Loving Farewell Ceremony will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 3pm in the sanctuary of Baldwin Branch Missionary Baptist Church in Elizabethtown, NC. Following the service, Clyde along with his devoted family, will be escorted to the Pone Cemetery in the Baldwin Branch Community of Elizabethtown, NC for Committal Rites. During these “so-long” events, those in attendance will be able to bring some sense of closure during this moment of sadness, while relying on their faith in the Master to see them through the difficult days that lie ahead. 

The McKoy and connected families are receiving services of compassion and distinguished class from E.M. Matthews and the Majestic Servants of Service of Riegelwood.
