Dr. Charles Leonard Osborne, 81, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on September 4, 2024, in the comfort of his home. Born on April 14, 1943, in Martin, Kentucky to the late Leonard Osborne and Wanda Davis, Dr. Osborne dedicated his life to dentistry, working as a respected dentist. He proudly served his country as an Army Captain during the Vietnam War, showcasing his bravery and dedication to his fellow servicemen. Dr. Osborne was preceded in death by: Wanda Davis (Mother), Leonard Osborne (Father), Todd Osborne (Son). Survived by his sister, Madeline Williams, and his unwavering companion Jody Johnson of Scottsburg, Indiana. Dr. Osborne will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. His memory will be cherished by his dear pets Ruby, Scarlett, Matt Dillon, and Rhett Butler. The family has chosen cremation services to honor Dr. Osborne's wishes, with arrangements entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
