Bruiser Smith of Greenfield, Indiana, sweet little Rat Terrier of Linda Smith, passed over the Rainbow Bridge on Friday, August 30,  2024. Bruiser was a good old boy, 18 years of age. He started out as a sidekick riding in Semi-Trucks with a relative of Linda’s son but unfortunately he was unable to keep Bruiser. Bruiser came to live with Linda who became his fur mama for the next 18 years. He loved Linda and was content spending time with her. Bruiser continued to be a “pick-up truck pup”. He didn’t like riding in cars but he sure enjoyed riding in trucks. Bruiser was a loyal, good dog. As Bruiser reached the end of his journey here on earth he lost his sight but was a pro at continuing to navigate around the home. He would have celebrated his 19th birthday this April. Even though he would have loved to have stayed here with Linda, his little body was ready to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Linda will dearly miss Bruiser’s sweet, gentle soul.
