Mrs. Judith Ann Toms Golds, age 79 of Purlear passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024, at her home. 

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, September 9, 2024 at Moravian Falls Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Sturgill officiating.  Burial will be in Moravian Falls Community Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM prior to the service at the church. 

Judith was born June 6, 1945, in Ft. Leavenworth, KS to David Earl and Leona Pearl Hensley Toms. She was a member of Moravian Falls Baptist Church.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Oren Smith Golds, a sister; Sandra Whitehurst and a brother; Steve Toms. 

She is survived by two daughters; Sherry Golds of Morehead City, Rebecca Staley and husband Shane of North Wilkesboro, three sons; David Golds of Wilkesboro, Bill Golds and wife Miranda of North Wilkesboro, Chris Golds and wife Beth of Purlear, six grandchildren; Dusty Owens, Billy Owens, Austin Staley, Madilynn Golds, Liam Golds, Mason Golds, four great grandchildren; Mathias Owens, Connor Owens, Carter Staley, Maren Staley. 

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Mt. Valley Hospice & Palliative Care, 401 Technology Lane, Suite 200, Mt. Airy, NC 27030.
