Nancy Jo Kovacs, 70, of Findlay, Ohio, passed away September 5, 2024 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. She was born December 6, 1953 to Robert G. and Eleanor D. (Lynch) Momyer, who preceded her in death. On August 21, 1976, she was married to Daniel Kovacs, who survives.

Also surviving are brothers, David Momyer, of Smithton, PA, George Momyer, of Punxsutawney, PA, Bruce Momyer, of Smithton, PA, and Barry Momyer, of Hopedale, OH; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She worked as a nurse aid in Ashland, KY for many years before moving to Findlay, OH, where she began working for Sky Bank. Later, she went on to prepare taxes for Bean Counter in Findlay.

Nancy was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church. She also participated in various activities, such as being a Sunday School teacher and the President of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League of Concordia. She loved crocheting and needle-pointing, was always cheerful, and willing to help others in need.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 10, from 10:00 to 11:00am at Concordia Lutheran Church, where the funeral service will follow at 11:00am. Services will be led by Rev. David DePaoli. Burial will be at a later date at the Knollcrest Cemetery, east of Findlay. Memorial contributions may be made to Concordia Lutheran Church, or the Lutheran Women's Missionary League of Nancy's behalf.
