Darin Lee Petricka, age 60, of Shakopee, Minnesota, entered eternal life on Friday, August 30th, 2024.
Darin was born on March 11th, 1964, in New Prague, Minnesota, the son of Wally & Gerry Petricka. He lived in Prior Lake and Shakopee throughout his life and was blessed with two boys, Taylor & Spencer. Darin's passion was auctioneering for the family business, Petricka Auction Service. Darin had many interests such as spending time with his sweetheart, Jess, waterskiing, fishing, garage sales & watching Minnesota sports.
Darin is survived by his sons, Taylor (Mackenzie) Petricka and Spencer Petricka; mother, Geraldine "Gerry" Petricka; brother, David (Lois) Petricka; and sweetheart, Jess Jacobson. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter "Wally" Petricka.
Visitation Tuesday, September 10th, 2024, from 1:30-3:30 PM; followed by a Prayer Service at 3:30 PM, all at McNearney-Schmidt Funeral and Cremation, 1220 3rd Avenue East, Shakopee. Interment Catholic Cemetery, Shakopee.
