Julie A Greene, 70, of Seminole, FL passed away on Friday, August 30th, 2024.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Mike Greene, and her three sons, Michael, Brett, Drew and her dog Rambo. She took great pride in her boys, and was thrilled they married incredible women, Amber, Allison, and Melissa.

Julie had five grandkids, Chloe, Goffery, Landon, Payton, and Savannah and five fur Grandkids Paco, Fergus, Cooper, Ryan, and the late Woody, that she spoiled dearly.

Julie was born November 1, 1953, in Tulsa, OK to her late parents Henry and Margaret Webb. She was the middle child to her older sister Jennifer (Webb) Lucas, and younger brother Randy Webb. Julie spent most of her childhood in Denver, CO where she went to grade school through High School and graduated with the class of 1971.

After moving from Colorado to Northern Kentucky, Julie worked for Fireman Fund Insurance as the Human Resource Manager in Cincinnati, OH. After that she worked for Harley Hotels as an Executive Secretary for the Regional Manager. In 1995, she moved to Seminole, FL with the family into the same house she lived until the day she passed.

Julie navigated life with her giant heart, and her greatest enjoyments was being around her family. She was her sons’ biggest fan, and never missed a game or event when they were growing up. She had a longstanding friendship with her Bunco/Scat crowd, where her friends and spouses would meet for a game night once a month for 20+ years. She loved to cook, and her famous chili, mac and cheese, and pumpkin cheesecake were a hit at every gathering. Her favorite restaurants were Salt Rock, where she and Mike would celebrate their love for one another every anniversary, and the VIP Mexican American Cuisine, where they were regulars on Friday Nights. She loved music and spent many nights sitting outside on the back patio with her family sharing memories and making new ones.

A memorial service will be held at Brett Funeral Home on Saturday, September 28th, between 11am and 1pm, located at 4810 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33711. Dress attire will be casual.
