Joey Antoine Roldan, Gage, 43 born on May 8, 1981, in Hartford, CT to the late Gale Washington and Joey Roldan, departed his earthly body on August 17, 2024.
Joey leaves behind his wife, Jacque Gorman, son Antoine and 2 daughters, Aaniyah and Janiyah, sister Melissa Washington, nephews, Mark Moore Jr., Jeremiah, and Zion Washington, and a niece, Neveah Washington all of CT; Best Friend Marvin Woodard, Special cousins that he looked at as his siblings, Tanya and Robert Washington and Roller McFarland; Aunts & Uncles: Gwen Coble, Cecelia Diaz, Marcelino Thomas, Luis, Rosa and Carmen Roldan. A host of cousins, family, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Tara Washington, Grandparents Betty Bryant, Charles Tinsley, Santiago and Rosemarie Roldan; Aunts & Uncles Nadene Washington-Lee, Adele Pugh, Deborah Edwards, Teresta Roldan, Charles Washington, Patrick Diaz Jr. and Santiago Roldan Jr.
Joey's family will receive family and friends on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 9am-10am, followed by a celebration of life at 10am, at Sanctuary of Faith and Glory, 752 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor, CT. The interment will follow in Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield, CT.
