Linda L. (Bacon) Richardson, age 71, of Omro, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, August 30, 2024 at her home.

She was born September 27, 1952 in Wild Rose, the daughter of Merle G. and Eleanor E. (Staples) Bacon.  She married John J. Richardson on November 1, 1991.  He preceded her in death on August 1, 2023.

Linda grew up in the Hancock area where she received her education from Tri-County Area Schools.  She continued her education in cosmetology school in Stevens Point then went on to Kettle Moraine Part Technical School in Fond du Lac to pursue her one year LPN nursing degree.   She later worked for 4M Printing and later retired. 

Linda is survived by her siblings, Larry (Judy) Bacon, Hancock, Randell (Sharon) Bacon, Hancock, Gayle (Linda) Bacon, Hancock; further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.   She will be laid to rest in the North Deerfield Cemetery next to her husband.
