Gena K. Trapp Obituary

The passing of Gena leaves a significant void in the lives of her husband Tim of 37 years, daughters, Raquel and Casee (Eric), very cherished grandchildren, mother, siblings, in-laws, and a large circle of friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her father and bonus father.

Gena loved life. She was thankful everyday that she woke up.  She rarely complained and she lived so selflessly. She delighted in time spent with her grandchildren, attending their events and creating lasting memories.  She took immense pride in her role as G-Mom. Gena enjoyed taking photos of the ones she loved, her dogs, outdoor activities, drawing, music, singing and all of nature's beauty.

She had a deep appreciation for our Veterans and the principles our Country was founded on.  She loved Jesus and prayed for others over herself.  Following her diagnosis, she entrusted her faith to the Lord's will.

Her family will deeply miss her and continue to celebrate her life in honor of the remarkable woman she was.  She will never be forgotten, replaced, or unloved.

One of Gena's favorite songs that she dedicated to her daughters will play on in their hearts forever...

"And when you finally fly away I'll be hoping that I served you well... For all the wisdom of a lifetime No one can ever tell. But whatever road you choose I'm right behind you, win or lose Forever young, forever young"
