Thelma I. Causer 67, Gallitzin died August 30, 2024, at her home. Born December 31, 1956, in Altoona, the daughter of the late Leroy M. and Sophie (Yovassis) Hufford. Preceded in death by her daughter Crystal on June 24, 2018, son Robert M. “Matt” on November 4, 2018, sisters, Ann Urban and Cathy Randolph. Survived by her husband Robert R. Jr., daughter-in-law Katie and her son Noah Roy and 2 other grandsons, Justin and Hunter Montgomery, and sisters Marie (Harry) Griffith and Patty Pennington, the Causer family Pattie Vinglish, Debra (Leo) Vermeulin, Thoams (Dorothy) Causer and Daniel (Brenda) Causer and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Thelma was a former EMT with Gallitzin and Cambria Alliance Ambulance Services. Member of the Gallitzin Bowling League. She loved visiting with her grandchildren and bowling. At the request of the deceased there will be no services. Arrangements by Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church Street, Gallitzin.
