Lindle R. Bratcher Sr., 75, of Rockport, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024, at Transcendent Health Care in Boonville, Indiana.

Lindle was born on June 1, 1949, in Ohio County, Kentucky to the late Oakley Samuel Bratcher and Bessie Lee (Cobb) Bratcher.

Lindle had worked at Barmett in Rockport and later St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor “Sue” Bratcher; Brother, Oakley Hun Bratcher Jr.; Sister, Londa Bratcher; Niece, Chasity Kitchens.

Lindle is survived by his children, Lindle Bratcher of Rockport, IN; Carolyn Hatchett and her husband, Lenn of Rockport, IN; Melissa Pierce of Grandview, IN; Elizabeth Bratcher of Oklahoma; Jeremiah Bratcher and his wife, Jennifer of Oklahoma; Alicia Barnett and her husband, Shane of Evansville, IN; Grandchildren, Zachary and his wife, Mia; Shelby and her husband, Kyle; Mark, Evan, Trevor, Makayla and her husband, Drew; Austin and his wife, Serenity; Aric, Maggie, Landon, Owen, Lani, Ethan; Many step-grandchildren; 22 Great-grandchildren; Sister, Emogene Bratcher; Nephew, Barney; Nieces, Jaquita and Leona.

Services are 10 A.M. Saturday, September 7, 2024, at the Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, Indiana. Burial is in Mason Cemetery in Rockport, Kentucky.

Visitation is from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. Friday, September 6, 2024, and from 9 A.M. until the time-of-service Saturday at the funeral home.
