Patty was a beautiful, hardworking mother who would do anything and everything for her kids, grandkids, great grandkids and family members.   Family brought her true joy, and she loved having a full, loud house. She was a dedicated life-long member of the Assumption Catholic Church in Edgerton, where she volunteered as secretary for many years and played the piano and organ for over 40 years. She took great pride in sharing her music with the residents of area Senior Centers and Nursing Homes. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Mick, brothers; Don, Eddie and Richard (Butch) Gillespie. She is survived by children Dan Norris, Mike and wife Jean Norris, Julie Norris-Johns and husband Joel Johns and Barb Norris-Lewis and husband Travis Lewis, all of Edgerton; six incredible grandkids who were her true treasures: Tyler (Kassy) Johns, Paige (Zac) Clark, Claire Johns (Brock Stewart), Ellie Lewis (Jack McMillen), Will Lewis and Jack Lewis; two Great Grand babies: Marleigh and Benton Johns and Baby Clark on the way. Four step grandchildren, Mark, Paul, Adam and Jamie; brother-in-law John and Dale Norris of Keller, TX; brother-in-law Ernie Mayfield of Georgetown, IN; sister-in-law’s Tula and LoraBeth Gillespie, and most importantly her very special sister, Margie Embry and husband Gary. Margie would like everyone to know that Patty was a one of kind, wonderful sister who can never be replaced. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the employees of Wellsville Health and Rehab for the exceptional love and care provided to mom over the past year. We couldn’t have asked for better care. Click the link to view the service https://m.youtube.com/@divinemercyparish
