Laura Shoffner Coble passed away on August 30, 2024, in Siler City, North Carolina, at the age of 73. Born on July 19, 1951, Laura was a cherished member of her community and a graduate of Southern Alamance High School.
Laura was known for her loving and prayerful nature, deeply rooted in her faith and her role as a mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. Her life was a testament to her kindness and her unwavering support for her family and friends.
Laura was a long-time employee of Tyco Electronics of Greensboro, North Carolina formerly known as Amp, Inc where she worked as a technician.
Laura was preceded in death by her parents, Cozie Shoffner Simmons and Russell Shoffner, her brothers, Rodney, Fredrick, and James Shoffner.
She leaves behind loving family: her former husband, Larry coble, her daughter, Stefanie Coble-Mabry and her husband Anthony, her son Brian Coble; her grandsons, Ryan Coble and his wife Stephanie, and Aaron Coble, as well as her great-grandchildren, Emery and Sean Coble. Laura is also survived by her sisters, Shirley Farrar and her husband Tommy, Renee Jones and her husband Ralph, Gwen Hunter, Debbie Curtis and her husband Kenneth, Crystal-Shoffner Harris and her husband Keith; her brothers, Pastor Joel Shoffner and Randy Shoffner and his wife Earline; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
