Kenneth Scott Breeden, 63, of Luray, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024.
He was born on February 19, 1961, in Harrisonburg and was a son of the late Julis Jean McAlister, but was adopted and raised by the late Grover C. Breeden and Mildred Breeden.
Kenneth worked for H&M Pettit as a dump truck driver.
He is survived by a daughter, Bobbi Sue Breeden; a son, Kenneth Scott Breeden Jr.; three sisters, Bonnie Milski, Pattie Rae Stanley and Martha Ellen Holmes; a brother, J.W. McAlister; and three grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Pastor Carter Dean. Burial will be in the Sam Comer Cemetery in Shenandoah.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, at the funeral home.
