Harold was a dedicated employee of Quincy University where his career spanned a fulfilling 35-years in Maintenance and Mechanical Planning. Harold's passion for anything with an internal combustion engine was unparalleled; he was always eager to tinker and improve, a testament to his inventive spirit.

His interests were as robust as his work ethic, from the tranquility of fishing and hunting in his youth to the simple pleasure of a Seagram's Seven in good company. Harold's humor was as reliable as his advice, often sharing witty sayings like “having a nickel’s worth of $5 bills” to restaurant servers or “not staying for the drawing," which will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Harold was a steadfast man, whose willingness to lend a hand and candid insights enriched the lives of those around him. His legacy of laughter, generosity, and straight talk will continue to inspire all who knew him.
