Ralph Dewey LeGrande was born at his homestead on July 9, 1934 in Arcadia, Oklahoma to John Lloyd and Alice Blossom (Patterson) LeGrande.

He passed away at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City on August 30, 2024, at the age of 90.


Ralph was a hard-worker who loved the outdoors, especially building or repairing things. He collected clocks from thrift stores and proudly displayed them around the house. Ralph loved his family and holiday get-togethers. He always was friendly to strike up a conversation with anyone, strangers included. He loved traveling and shopping with Johnnie.


Ralph was preceded in death by his loving wife, Johnnie; his parents; his brothers Kenneth, Royston, Willis; his sister, Marianne; and grandson, Casey LeGrande.


Ralph is survived by his son, Terry LeGrande, daughter & son-in law Cheryl & Galen Ramsey; grandchildren Christoper LeGrande and wife, Kim; Todd and wife, Jodee; and Trent Ramsey; and five great-grandchildren: Chase Fry; Wilson & Jenson LeGrande; Reese & Ryan Ramsey.


Ralph is survived by his brother, Sam LeGrande, and other relatives and friends that will always remember the joy he brought and the laughter in his eyes.
