Regina Kay Bucher, age 53 of Estill Springs, passed away on August 28, 2024, at her residence. She was born in Orlando, Florida, on September 12, 1970, to the late Melvin Stanley Rippy and Betty Ruth Thompson. Regina served in the United States Army and had most recently worked in the law enforcement and security sector. She loved traveling, gardening, the outdoors, but most of all, she loved her kids and her family. Regina was a determined, compassionate woman who loved her Lord and Savior and attended the Journey Church. Regina is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Betty Rippy; she is survived by her husband of fourteen years, Jordan Bucher; son, Kyle (Gracie) Dolan; daughter, Lauren Dolan; and sisters, Melissa McDowell, Debbie Cremeans, and Margie Rippy.
